The registration desk is located at the foyer area, outside 311/312 Room, Level 3, Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. The opening hours are:

• For each paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one author must register by 15 Oct, 2009, at a non-student rate.
• One Registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.
  • For authors with three accepted papers at the time of notification of paper acceptance, if the 3^rd paper is not registered by another co-author, a special discount is provided for registering the third paper by one of the two following methods:
    A) They can register their third paper with S$300 on top of the full-rate registration, or
    B) They can register their third paper providing that a student co-author of the third paper registers with a student rate. In such a case, please send an email to isic2009@elite.sg (attn: Joseph Lim) for confirmation.
  • For authors with four or more papers, multiple registrations by co-authors are required. Please contact isic2009@elite.sg (attn: Joseph Lim)if you have special requests.
• IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration - visit www.ieee.org/join to join. IEEE members should be prepared to show their IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
• Students should be prepared to show their student identification card at the conference registration desk.
• A maximum of 4 pages is allowed for each paper. Up to 2 additional pages is allowed at S$100 per page.

PAYMENT DETAILS

• Registration payment can be made on-line via credit card or cheque/bank draft. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be " ENETS-ELITE ".
• All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "ISIC 2009" and mail it together with the duly completed REGISTRATION FORM to

• Online registration is still required, even if the registration form is sent in by mail when payment is made via cheque/bank draft. (The registration form will be generated at the end of your online registration and need not be filled out manually).
• Please indicate your name, Author ID and name of the conference ( ISIC 2009) at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
• Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Registration advice

Authors can register ONLINE now, after registration, you can proceed to :

• make payment ONLINE, please get your Credit Card ready or
• make payment OFFLINE, please ensure that your computer is connected to a printer.

Please note that after payment, the on-line registration system does not allow you to make any changes or new additions.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• 75% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before
  30 October 2009.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made after 30 October 2009.
• Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference may write to the ISIC-2009 Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Payment for registration fees must have been finalized before even requesting an invitation letter. Please send your request to isic2009@atenga.sg with the following information:

• Name, postal address, and a valid email address.
• IEEE Member number, if you are a member of IEEE.
• Name of session and paper number, if you are presenting a paper.
• The words “ Invitation Letter Request” in the subject field of your email.

The invitation letters will be emailed in PDF format.
